Dan started Vynamic in 2002, launching a new consulting model which empowered both the consultant and the client to achieve success in a refreshing way. While working as a consulting executive at Accenture, Dan had what he calls his "Jerry Maguire moment". Dan enjoyed the excitement of leading complex business & technology solutions, but wanted to do it in a more fulfilling way.

The most thrilling part for Dan at Vynamic is working with the exceptional people that have joined the team. Dan is passionate about working with great people and creating a company to empower the internal team and clients to achieve exceptional results. His ideals engrained as a youth were enhanced while receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in the entrepreneurship program at Babson College. Today, Dan spends his time leading Vynamic's strategic initiatives. Dan actively participates in the community by pursuing his interests and those shared with the rest of the Vynamic team. He has embraced a well-rounded lifestyle with his wife, Bridget, as they raise their daughter, Caroline.

Dan also serves on the internal Vynamic Steering Committee along with Anthony Balsamo, Jeff Dill, Brett Huberman, and Scott Shohen.
