Over the years, Alison has built a reputation as an outstanding project leader. She has solid experience in the complete system development lifecycle, as well as change management and training practices. Having worked in a variety of industries, Alison brings a diverse approach to her consulting initiatives.

Prior to joining Vynamic, Alison began her career at Accenture, ranking in their Life Sciences and Financial Services practice areas. Alison received her BSE from the University of Pennsylvania. A firm believer in the motto, "Lead by example," outside of her consulting activities, Alison is involved in numerous teaching and mentoring initiatives with high school students. And when she's not onsite with her clients, you're likely to find her on Philadelphia's Kelly Drive, on a favorite run or bike ride.
