Jeff Dill“One of the main reasons I joined Vynamic was to focus on the client's work…not on travel, logistics, and expenses.”
Throughout his career, Jeff has established a well-earned reputation for consistently delivering high performing results and collaborating with technical and cross-functional teams to execute strategic objectives. Jeff is driven by taking on new challenges and growing a business. One of his key strengths is his ability to improve relationships across business and I.T. He has led large teams of 25+, including individuals within the client's organization as well as outside vendors. He manages all SDLC disciplines — requirements, design, build, test, and architecture. And Jeff has deep process expertise: Among his experiences, he developed new methodologies for merging the best of two existing disciplines, SDLC and Six Sigma.
Prior to joining Vynamic, Jeff was an executive with Accenture in their Financial Services consulting practice. After Accenture, he was employed at Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company within their newly formed Enterprise Process Excellence Center. Jeff received his Bachelor's Degree from Holy Cross, in Worcester, MA where he played on the Men's soccer team. He lives in the Philadelphia area and enjoys spending time with his wife, Stefanie, and his three daughters Julia, Aimee, and Natalie. In his spare time, you can find Jeff on the playground with his kids or trying to catch a sporting event.
Jeff also serves on the internal Vynamic Steering Committee along with Anthony Balsamo, Dan Calista, Brett Huberman, and Scott Shohen.
