Brett has more than 10 years of project leadership experience, serving clients in both the Financial Services and Health and Life Sciences sectors. He brings knowledge of diverse business functions including distribution, marketing, product, underwriting, claims, finance and provider contracting and reimbursement to his engagements. And he is valued for his outstanding leadership skills, having managed teams of 25+, in a variety of settings.
Prior to joining Vynamic, Brett was an executive in Ernst & Young's Finance & Performance Management Advisory Practice, where he focused on finance and operational improvement initiatives. Earlier, Brett was an executive in Accenture's Financial Services Market Unit, where he led systems integration, process re-engineering and operating strategy projects. He holds an MBA from Temple University's Fox School of Business and a BA from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition to his very important professional commitments, Brett is proud to work with the Police Athletic League, where he gets to pursue his other passion—coaching an under–14 basketball team in Trenton, New Jersey.
Brett also serves on the internal Vynamic Steering Committee along with Anthony Balsamo, Dan Calista, Jeff Dill, and Scott Shohen.
