Project Leadership

Project Leadership includes the disciplines of project management as a foundation and extends it. While we often serve in roles as "Project Managers" and "Program Managers," Vynamic Project Leadership is much more. It is a complete experience. We aggressively manage all aspects of an initiative, getting the right people together, resolving issues, facilitating communication, and doing whatever it takes to achieve success.

Systems Implementations
Lead each phase of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to achieve a successful implementation. The ability to execute through all phases of the life cycle (requirements, design, build and test) comes from our practical, hands-on experience along with knowledge of various methodologies. Our background in both business and technology enables us to apply a disciplined approach across all aspects of complex systems implementations.
Vendor Selection and Management
Facilitate the vendor selection of a strategic sourcing partner, a packaged software vendor, or a technology service provider to make an informed and unbiased decision. Once the selection process is complete, Vynamic works as an extension of our clients to manage multiple vendors. We improve the return on the investment by driving the activities and coordinating internal groups to achieve the common goal.
Process Design
Design cross-functional processes to optimize efficiency and value across the organization. We work with process owners to establish process flows, definitions, and metrics. We utilize our experience with both SDLC and process improvement methodologies. Throughout the design and implementation of new processes, we ensure the right controls and monitoring are in place for continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning
Facilitate business strategy to prioritize and quantify strategic initiatives prior to launching a project. We take a collaborative approach to strategy development. We start with an assessment of the current situation and then partner with our client's senior management team in a variety of ways to identify the objectives, strategies to achieve them, and metrics to define success. With Vynamic's focus on Project Leadership, we are able to lead the strategically important projects to implementation.
Organizational Change
Achieve active participation, engagement and adoption of an initiative. From the moment a new business or technology initiative begins, the change to the organization must be managed effectively. Vynamic's Project Leaders drive the critical aspects of Organizational Change including organizational design, internal and external communications, and training. We work with the wide range of stakeholders to help the change maximize the opportunities of a new initiative.
