Deepa Mischler

Deepa is a results-oriented leader with significant experience assisting organizations design, manage and implement major initiatives that involve key people, processes and technology components. Over the span of her career, she has led teams of 30+ on a variety of systems implementation and business process reengineering projects and is proficient at coordinating efforts at a global level. As an example, she managed a team of clients from 19 countries on a strategic sourcing/global purchasing project. While Deepa has deep understanding of a large company's complex project management issues—and a reputation for producing multi-million-dollar cost savings, she is also quite fluent in the workings of an entrepreneurial organization.

Deepa came to Vynamic from a healthcare-focused consulting company, where she was involved in critical business process reengineering efforts after her MBA at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She began her career at Deloitte Consulting, after a BS from the University of Pennsylvania. Known for immersing herself in everything she takes on, Deepa balances her consulting career with motherhood and social causes. She serves on the advisory board of the Career Wardrobe, the nation's largest community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting women in their transition to work by providing professional attire, networking and career skills training. Deepa is also the founder of Coseli, a custom jewelry design business that supports the local artisans in her native country of Nepal.
