Throughout his career, Buck has leveraged his balance of technical and business acumen to deliver powerful results. He thrives on meeting challenges that, when solved, yield positive and dramatic impacts. Buck's industry experience spans Health Care, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, and Utilities. He participates in leading-edge initiatives, for example, contributing to the design of the first-of-its-kind Consumer Directed Health Care product which integrated Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Accounts, and Health Savings Account on a single platform.

One of Buck's key strengths is his ability to build relationships quickly. He has led large teams of 25+, including global teams where clients interacted with multiple outside vendors. Buck strongly believes in the power of high performing teams, and has a passion for developing people. Prior to joining Vynamic, Buck was an executive with Accenture in their Health & Life Sciences consulting practice. Buck received his Bachelor's Degree from the Pennsylvania State University where he raced on the Penn State Ski Team and created his own web design consultancy. Buck is pursuing his MBA in New Ventures and Entrepreneurial Studies at Penn State University. He lives in the Philadelphia area and enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, and his two children Abigail and Maxwell. On his free time, you can find Buck playing with his kids, being outdoors skiing or cycling, and keeping up with emerging technologies.
