Elke has more than a decade of experience in the healthcare insurance industry and brings in-depth healthcare industry knowledge to Vynamic initiatives. She brings a special focus on provider network maintenance, contracting, reimbursement, and claims system conversions & integrations. Elke is a proven leader of teams conducting business analysis and design, as well as systems implementations.
Elke joined Vynamic following a series of management roles at Pennsylvania companies, Independence Blue Cross and Health Partners. She received her BA from Lafayette College and received her MBA at Temple University's Fox School of Business & Management. She has also earned the designation of Professional from the Academy for HealthCare Management. Always looking for opportunities to participate in the community and find new challenges, Elke is active in a number of local charitable organizations.
